I had the great fortune of working with Michelle Welsch when she joined Crowdcentric to head up Programming and Communications for Social Media Week New York. Michelle managed the needs of hundreds of demanding event partners, speakers, hub hosts, together with the challenge of having to write the rules as she went. All of these intense demands required a special level of skill, patience and dedication. I'm so impressed by her overall professionalism, integrity, productivity, and individual expertise. Perhaps more importantly, on a personal level, her team spirit and personality elevated the chemistry and camaraderie of Crowdcentric to levels I did not think were possible.
